What we practise we will become
Maja Rottbøll and Toke Moeller invite you to practise peace together with us.
There is a dojo - where we can practise peace within - alone & together - to reclaim our inner strength and courage - regardless of what happens in the world.
Hvad nu hvis det ikke kun drejer sig om at løse problemer, men at det også er vigtigt at praktisere og opleve fred med sig selv og to meter omkring sig?
What if it is not so much about solving problems, but that it is also important to practice peace and experience peace within yourself and 2 meters around you?
The Lakes of Silkeborg and the Flow Game
The Flow Game was born and nurtured in the Lake District of central Denmark, around the forests, rivers, and lakes of Silkeborg and Himmelbjerget.
Here, the waters of the Gudenå River wind gently through a landscape shaped by ice, water and time over at least 23000 years, inviting both movement and stillness.
For many years, this living landscape has offered inspiration for the practice behind the Flow Game.
The lakes remind us that life unfolds in currents rather than straight lines, that clarity often emerges through reflection, and that wisdom can arise when we slow down enough to listen.
Just as the waters connect lakes, rivers, shores, and communities, the Flow Game invites people into conversations that connect questions, experiences, and possibilities.
The landscape has been a quiet teacher - offering lessons in presence, patience, flow, and the art of navigating together.
Many of the principles that live within the Flow Game were not invented here so much as discovered while walking these shores, paddling these waters, and gathering in circle beneath these skies.
The water knows the way. -We gather, listen, and follow its flow.
🌿💧🛶
We will practise peace by Circle, Aikido, bow & arrow and play The Flow Game - a way of finding clarity and inner center regardless of the circumstance - individually and together - guided by Toke and Maja.
We meet on Toke’s bridge Stengårdsvej 5a - 8600 Sejs - Silkeborg at 9.00 - sail by motorboat to Dojo Island in Borre Lake - and return there at 16.00.
